These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TeachPro, including our website and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- TeachPro is offered on a subscription basis, with a 14-day free trial for new accounts. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged according to the plan you selected at sign-up.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account settings on our website. If you're using our iOS or Android app, subscriptions are purchased and managed on our website, not through the app.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the lesson plans, gradebooks, notes, and other content you create in TeachPro ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to enter any student information into the Service in compliance with your school's policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be preserved without loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeachPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
